Return & Refund Policy

At UseSmart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • A proper unboxing video is provided
    (Video must clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and full unboxing in one continuous clip)

🔁 Replacement First Policy

  • Our first priority is replacement, not refund

  • If the product is:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Wrong item received
      we will provide a replacement after verification

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns/replacements will NOT be accepted if:

  • Unboxing video is missing or incomplete

  • Request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Product is used, damaged due to misuse, or altered

  • Damage is caused after delivery

  • Minor color/design variations (common in online products)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged after approval

  • In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back as per instructions
